- The purchaser is held to use the land acquired at AFH exclusively for the purpose defined in the approved project for the concerned parcel;
- The purchaser cannot yield his plot before having it built and having paid the totality of its price, and this during a period of 5 years starting from the setting in possession;
- The purchaser must begin the construction within a delay of one year starting from the setting in possession, and to achieve it out within a delay of two years;
- Fault for the purchaser of having filled in the obligations and engagements prescribed by the actual legislation stipulated in the specifications and the sale contract, the charged Ministry will be able to pronounce his forfeiture.
